To produce and supply those outstanding products, URC Vietnam has built its production lines using the best automated equipment and following the highest international standards such as Food Safety System Certification – FSSC 22000, ISO 9001:2015, Good Manufacturing Practice – GMP, Good Warehousing Practice - GWP, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, to name a few. In 2019, URC Vietnam as part of the Universal Robina Corporation adopted the OGSM with four key How to Win Strategies – “People and Planet Friendly Culture”, “Products and Brands People Love”, “Product Supply Chain Transformation” and “Preferred Partner of Choice” in pursuit of its purpose of an unrelenting commitment to provide our customers with better choices for shared success.

As a part of the Product Supply Chain Transformation, Universal Robina has adopted the TPM for LEAN Acceleration to rearrange the entire supply chain and improve manufacturing capabilities, toward an ultimate goal to reduce waste, improve speed to market and create positive values ​​for the corporation and its consumers.

TPM is a proven program of efficiency and capability program to make a breakthrough in production and supply chain activities, affirmed by applications of many global businesses. Specifically, TPM provides standard methods for the enterprise to upgrade its management system, maintain the achievements, improve the quality of facilities and the working environment of employees, as well as transform the entire supply chain with a flexible and reliable production system. The program is founded on the springboard of the Japanese renowned 5S model which focuses on a clean and healthy environment for workers.
