URC VIETNAM EMPLOYEES REFRESH ENERGY, STUNNING OUTING DAY
After more than 2 years of the pandemic, the Company Trip of URC Vietnam has returned with the eagerness of all URC Vietnam employees. The event also had the participation and sharing from the URC Vietnam Mancom leaders.
Last September 2022, URC Vietnam successfully organized the Company Trip at Phan Thiet - Mui Ne beach with the topic “Beyond The Limit”. This is one of the annual events that URC Vietnam offers to our staff members.

URC Vietnam members from the office to the plants had the opportunity to get to know and bond with each other through challenging games with high teamwork throughout the trip.
Teambuilding activities help connect our members
Along with the excitement of the URC Vietnam team, the program included participation and sharing from URC Vietnam’s Mancom. Before the team-building activities at Mui Ne beach began, Mr. Jai Gamboa, General Director of URC Vietnam Co., Ltd., shared some insightful sharing on the commitment of every employee to the growth of URC Vietnam, particularly during the period of the pandemic. Those sharing as a thank you, encourage the warrior spirit of all employees; from which each individual can step out of their comfort zone, beyond their limits, and become a better version of themselves.
The crew of URC Vietnam has been inspired by Mr. Jai Gamboa's share to keep fighting.
He also hopes that through this trip, URC Vietnam members can "Just play, have fun, enjoy the games" to regenerate the most positive energy after a period of hard work.

The Company Trip 2 days 1 night ended with a lot of fun and emotions. More than a trip, this is also a journey of cohesion and understanding, helping the staff to regenerate energy after working time so that they can make a breakthrough in the future.
