URC Vietnam recognized as “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023”

Receiving the award "HR Asia - Best Companies to Work for in Asia" recognizes URC Vietnam Co., Ltd.'s efforts in creating the greatest and quality working environment for its workers.

"Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023" is an annual award presented by HR Asia magazine, a leading renowned human resources publication in Asia. This is one of the most prestigious awards, with an extremely stringent selection process, with the goal of recognizing and honoring companies with outstanding human resource policies, attractive remuneration regimes, a high-quality working environment, and a consistent program of exciting internal activities to engage employees. The prize drew approximately 5 lakh workers from 642 Asian businesses to participate in the research study.

Ms. Vinh Phuong – who has 15 years with URC Vietnam, currently acting as Head Office Group Manager said: "At URC Vietnam, we understand that the most important thing is to reconcile the members of each department.
